Responsibilities

  • Should be well versed with online Tendering process like portal registration, updating information in portal ,submission of tender in the portal, preparing the documentation as per the tender requirements ,preparing the estimation ,getting it reviewed & approved ,deviations list, Co-ordinating with Finance for the EMD BD,TENDER DD and other fees involved
  • Should maintain all sales related inventory like Brochures, Presentations, Diaries, Calendars, Bags Pens and assisting the sales person who are in need of it. Creating as and when required all marketing collaterals.
  • Should be able to create techno-commercial proposals.
  • Preparing the Tracking sheet for all proposals, Preparing Loss order analysis and competitor analysis
  • Assisting sales with Trial requirement from customer by arranging the demo materials delivery at site and co-ordinating with field team for installation and Demo. Preparing the Trial Reports for all Trials.
  • Planning & coordinating site visits for visitors, investors or new joinees. Should be responsible for planning and organizing all new joinees induction plan.
  • Deliver as and when new responsibilities are assigned; this can also be out of line to generate new business or helping out in rolling out new product in new territory or existing product in new territory and vice versa- a complete business plan.
  • To act as key node point or focal point interacting with different internal and external facing teams.
  • Providing back-end support to sales team w.r.t trials/demos/sales collaterals/trainings/customer requirements.
