Sunil Jit Singh, with over 31 years of experience in project and construction management, specializes in concept-to-commissioning solutions and asset management in the infrastructure and power sectors. A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA, he brings extensive expertise and strategic insight to his role. Sunil’s focus on sustainability and innovation has been instrumental in positioning Hartek Group as a leader in renewable energy, driving the company’s growth and success in the sector.

Gurjeet, with over 15 years of experience in Power System EPC projects, has worked in various capacities including Business Development, Design, Project Management, and site execution. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role as an Electrical Engineer. Gurjeet has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the company for the past 11 years through his association.

Kanav, with over 15 years of experience, is an experienced professional in the Oil & Energy, Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy sectors. Currently, he holds the position of Head of Design & Engineering at Hartek Power, where he specializes in using the latest design tools and technologies to deliver high-quality designs. Kanav has a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, and his exceptional leadership skills, communication abilities, and technical expertise make him a valuable asset to the company.

Jasneet, with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in Power Transmission & Distribution projects across India and international markets, brings his expertise to Hartek Power. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Post Graduate Executive Management Programme in General Management. Currently, Jasneet leads the procurement team at Hartek Power, working closely with a group of dynamic and passionate engineers to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Suman, with over 13 years of experience in the industry, is a seasoned strategic human resource professional. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has a demonstrated history of working in various domains, including strategic planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, retention, and people development. Suman heads the Human Resource and Office Services department at Hartek Group.

Rajbir, with over 15 years of expertise in the fuel oil industry, is an experienced sales and business development professional who has held various positions in this sector, honing his skills and building his knowledge base. Currently, he leads the Fuel Oil business unit at Hartek Power, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability for the company’s FO, CBFS, and LSHS segments. Rajbir holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a valuable asset to the Hartek team, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise. His leadership skills are critical in ensuring the success and sustainability of the Fuel Business Unit.

Dinesh, with over 13 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, heads the Operations for the Power Distribution Products business unit at Hartek Group. He started as a trainee engineer in the R&D department and has been associated with Hartek for over 6 years. Dinesh holds a degree in mechanical engineering and is responsible for leading the operations team, ensuring efficient and timely production of high-quality power distribution products.

Divanshu, with over 10 years of experience in Business Development and Project Management across diverse industries, leads the rooftop solar division at Hartek Solar, leveraging his expertise. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Over the past four years, Divanshu has been instrumental in driving growth and development in this segment of the business.

Harkirat leads Hartek Group’s Data Strategy and Hartek Foundation, leveraging her expertise in public policy and data analytics to drive the organization’s growth and impact. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University’s Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy, she plays a vital role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring its sustainable development.

Supriya Malhotra, with nearly a decade of experience in data-driven storytelling, specializes in ROI-focused, technology-led marketing. An MBA in Communications Management from Symbiosis University, Pune, and a business graduate from Punjab University, she has successfully executed high-impact media campaigns for leading brands like Unilever and GSK-CH. Her expertise spans Marketing Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Media Buying and Planning, and Content Planning, along with consulting MSMEs across sectors. Recognized globally, Supriya has represented APAC at the Cannes Lions, was nominated for Impact under 30 in 2017, and shortlisted for Young Spikes in 2015. As part of Hartek’s leadership team, Supriya plays a pivotal role in driving effective marketing and outreach strategies, contributing significantly to the company’s sustainable growth.

Amardeep Kaur, with over 17 years of experience in the electromechanical sector, specializes in sales and client relationship management. An engineering graduate in Electronics from IP University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Since joining Hartek Group in 2016, Amardeep has been leading the sales team for the Power Distribution Products business. Her contributions include expanding market reach, building strong client relationships, and devising strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction. Amardeep’s dedication and leadership have been instrumental in driving the growth and success of the business.

Mr. Hartek Singh is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of the Hartek Group. He started in 1991 from a trading house The Hartek Group today has become one of the largest and fastest growing companies in the power sector with its interest ranging from Engineering, Construction, Renewables and Manufacturing. The Hartek Group operates across its 5 strategic business units namely Power Systems, Roof top solar, Power Distribution Products, Smart cities and Fuel services. After graduating in Bachelors in commerce from the Delhi university and working as a sales representative for some years he started the Hartek group with just Rs 7500 as initial capital in year 1991. Over these years Mr Singh’s journey has become a testimony and an inspiration to many young managers and entrepreneurs.

He is actively associated with various industry bodies and other institutions to help the overall community to truly build a better world for the future.

Simarpreet Singh is an electrical engineer, MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai and an Executive MBA (Program for Leadership development PLD) from the prestigious Harvard Business School, Boston USA. Simarpreet is also a content creator and hosts a podcast on social media by the name of “The Journey with Simarpreet Singh” that features people from different backgrounds who have created impact in their field. The goal is to inspire and motivate the Youth of our country.
Furthermore, he’s also a guest faculty at various prestigious colleges across the world and has delivered over 200+ talks. He strongly believes that it is India’s time & is passionate about Nation building & a sustainable future for times to come.

Mr. Sanjeev Gupta, an accomplished leader with more than 35 years of experience in the power sector, spearheads the Power System, Transmission and Distribution, and Smart Cities business units of Hartek Group.

He started his career as an Assistant Engineer with PSEB and worked his way up to the position of Chief Engineer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA degree from Panjab University.

With his wealth of knowledge and expertise, Sanjeev has been instrumental in steering the success of Hartek Group’s Power division.

37+ years experience in the field of engineering.

Jeet started his career with BHEL, an Indian Public Sector Giant in the field of Power. Having worked for 17 years he got the opportunity of wide international exposure by serving in various leadership positions such as Chief Engineer, Project Engineering Manager, Quality Manager etc. in internationally renowned companies like Fluor and Bechtel.

He has vast experience of steering engineering execution of multi billion dollar projects. He has extensively traveled across the globe and is well versed with multilingual, multicultural work environment.

He is known for his passion to introduce unconventional ways of doing things. He believes in working through simple mental models for solving complex problems. His favorite quote being “Simplicity is the Key”.

Jeet is a motivational leader and has developed several innovative automation tools and systems to improve the effectiveness of an organization. He is also author of the book titled BOSS – Build Ownership to Succeed & Sustain, which is aimed to promote the culture of professionalism across various kinds of organizations.
